Thank you for ordering with MorrowField. We take great pride in the quality of our food and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may provide refunds and outlines the process for requesting a refund.

Cancellation Policy

To provide the best customer experience, MorrowField allows orders to be canceled within a short timeframe after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at morrowfield.sbs or call +44 20 7946 0958 immediately. If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Errors

If you receive an order that is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund or a replacement order. To request an adjustment, you must provide your order number, the name on the order, and the issue with the order.

Quality Concerns

If your meal did not meet our high standards for quality, please let us know. To address the issue, contact us within 2 hours of order receipt with a description of the concern. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolutions.

Refund Processing

Upon approval of a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that gift vouchers, promotional items, and any customer-specific customized orders are non-refundable. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.
